高山仰止，碧空如洗，令人难以想象，在烈日当空的高温下，我们穿越了从化 - 太平 2P 段绿道，登上牛心岭，竟然看到了如此壮观的流溪第一湾。这美景真是让人心旷神怡😀
1. 博雅山房简介
博雅山房创办于 1998 年，是广州市级“农村党员干部实用技术培训示范基地”。经过十几年的发展，现逐渐形成规模，总面积约 300 亩，其餐饮生态文化休闲区 100 亩，种植罗汉 100 亩；火龙果及优质果树 100 亩。
它位于广州市从化区 太平镇 西北面，北回归线附近，座落在流溪河岸旁，四周旷野清新，山内绿树林荫。站在博雅观日台上俯视流溪第一湾，早观日出，日赏美丽的流溪河风光。山房内花丛小径，通往博雅书院。院内亭台雅座小桥流水别具一致，引来了各地文人墨客留下了足迹和墨宝。在 2009 年 6 月 26 日原广东省省长卢瑞华到博雅山房研讨生态文化建设时现场挥笔留下墨宝《以心悟笔》。院内一棵千年沉香，也引来了不少游客前来参观，留影。
现博雅山房每年的游客接待人数达 12 万人次。近年来，博雅山房吸引不少文人墨客慕名而来，其中有不乏响誉国际的名家大师，他们对博雅山房赞誉有加。著名书画家林墉、苏华、陈永康、现代苏东坡 - 苏俊英、党禺、许鸿基（广州书法家协会主席）、刘佑局（广东华人书法院院长、羊城晚报报业集团副总经理）、鲁秋（中国冰雪冷香派创始人）、倒笔书法家罗国钊、姚向东、刘东、孙丹、梁潔喜、海岩宿仟、李传球、余汝基、王金山，哲学家、艺术家李正天，文武奇人陈飞雄等都给博雅山房留下宝贵的墨宝。前段时间苏华专门为“博雅山房”牌匾题词。这些文人墨客的到来。给博雅山房垫定了深远博大的文化底蕴。
2. 山房特色菜
博雅山房特色菜：从化第一家即点即烧的烧鹅，是粤菜中的一道传统名菜，它以整鹅去翅烤制而成。成菜腹含卤汁，滋味醇厚。将烧烤好的鹅斩成小块，其皮、肉、骨连而不脱，入口即离，具有皮脆、肉嫩、骨香、肥而不腻的特点。烧鹅的掌翅做成的鲍汁扣掌翅。
3. 发展现状
通过交谈得知，博雅山房的老板是广州市从化区第一批从事园林工程行业的人，整个博雅山房均由他设计完成，当时已经花费了 20 年时间，博雅山房才得以竣工。至今，博雅山房已经开业差不多十年。但现状问题依然是比较多。
例如，博雅山房内的建筑风格不太协调，中式马头墙加欧式铁艺栏杆。
从网上的介绍得知，博雅山房有种植园区，但并没有开放并凸显出荒废现象，外面设有类似于森林氧吧的区域，但并没有开放，杂草丛生。但不得不说，康疗景观、森林氧吧等生态规划的概念是近年来才逐步提出并得到重视，博雅山房在 30 年前规划之际已经 Get 到这个点也是很超前的。至于种植园，则推测因为山坡林地等客观因素，加上少打理，而且游客对采摘体验等需求度不大，因此逐渐成了荒废。
