时间是有颜色的吗?我们在看过去老照片的时候,纸质照片会随着时间自然地落上灰尘或是变得陈旧。

Does time have color? When we look at the old photo,the trace of time would naturally print on the photos and grew old.

Time

时间并不以线性的方式呈现,但我们每个人却在以绝对线性的方式体验时间。以空间为坐标勾勒出时间难以一见的轮廓,是我们想探索的空间“深度”。

Time doesn’t grow as a line, but each of us experience time in a direct way. The shape of time was seen by space, that’s the “depth” of space we want to discover.

体验时间的方式之于空间,是运动。空间也不是线性的,但流线是。场地中,金威啤酒厂中诸多旧有管道和地面排水沟的介入,使得线性的流线被被适度干扰。空间像迷宫,更何况被时间赋予的“活性”呢?

The way of experiencing time is moving. Space doesn’t turn in one way,so is circulation. In the site, the beer factory has a lot of old pipes and gutters, they distract the circulation a little bit. The space is like a maze,time turns out more lively here.

展览中陈列了多位艺术家的创作,观察这些不同时期思考的并置也是体验非线性时间的一种方式。我们在排水沟中栽种了一些植物。它们会在展期中渐渐枯萎,这也是时间留下的痕迹。

The exhibition displays creations of different artists,observing these thinkings of different time is also a way of experiencing time. We plant some plants in the gutters,they would fade during the exhibition,and it is the trace of the time too.

Color

记忆是有颜色的吗?如果有,它是什么颜色。

我们用颜色象征人们记忆斑块中的情绪。在蓝、黄、绿、灰四种色块的间隙里,场地中斑驳的工业遗存,就像褪去颜色的旧电影,突袭般出现在你面前。

Does memory have color?If it does,what the color is it?

We use color to symbolize the emotion in people’s memory. Between the gap of blue、yellow、green and grey,the relics of the site is like an old movie,pops up in front of you.

站在场地中央,颜色如潮水从四面八方汇聚到以你为中心的原点。步履之间,视线也浸染上时间的色彩。

When you are standing in the center of the site,color comes to you as floods. While you are walking,the color fulfils your eyes too, just like looking at a painting.

Daily

展览反思了“地球是为了被人类剥削而存在”的观点,讨论了人、动物、自然平等对话的可能性。空间设计也在以“物”的呈现表达与场地、历史、时间的对话。这些造型是“带着自我表现热情的有机体”,是回应场地中复杂管线的基本动作,也是剥离象征意义的抽象主义。最终它们呈现为一组日常的桌子,管子和墙。

The exhibition reflects the idea“the earth was there for human beings to exploit ”,it discusses the possibility of the equalness of men,animals and nature. The space design also presents a platform for the dialogue between site,history and time. These art pieces which has a tension to present themselves with enthusiasm, also talk together with the tables、pipes and walls.

很长一段时间,我们都在思考建筑、生活和艺术的边界,并希望找到三者共同作用之处。它们都在描述此刻的时间,也理应获得了此在的平等。

In a long time, we are thinking about the boundary between architecture, life and art, and we want to find the same between them. They all deplict the time of the moment, and they are equal to each other and affect each other.

时间的颜色是一种日常的景观,它可以放到更长远的视角去看。
就像诗人艾略特曾经写的:
“我们永远不该停止探索,探索最终会来到我们最初的起点并会让我们知道,那本就是我们的原点。”

这是创作的终极意义。

The color of time is a common scenery, it can be seen in a much longer eyesight.
Just like the poet Elliot once wrote:
“We shall not cease from exploration,and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.”

That’s the ultimate meaning of creation.
