空间句法 在商住楼宇中的应用研究——以澳门为例

摘要: 空间句法 是建筑空间分析计算的重要方法之一, 本研究在空间句法理论基础上, 以澳门上世纪 80 年代代表性的商业住宅——华榕大厦为例, 导入 Depthmap 结合拓朴学相关计算方法进行运算, 通过分析该空间的整体集成度、局部集成度、全局深度和选择度等拓扑数值, 定量的探究空间的结构, 了解商住楼宇整体空间和局部空间的联系, 发现空间结构中的不足, 并提出了相对应的优化策略, 为澳门上世纪 80 年代末期典型的商住楼宇空间在日后城市更新中提供思路借鉴。[SCITIP 空间句法 ]

Space syntax is one of the important methods of architectural space analysis and calculation. Based on the theory of space syntax, this study takes Hua Rong Building, a representative commercial residence in Macau in the 1980s, as an example, and introd

uces Depthmap combined with topology-related calculation methods. Through the analysis of topological values such as the overall integration degree, local integration degree, global depth and selectivity of

the space, quantitatively explore the structure of the space, understand the relationship between the overall space and the local space of commercial and resid

ential buildings, and find the shortcomings in the space structure. And put forward the corresponding optimization strategy, to provide ideas for the typical commercial and residential building space in Macao in the late 1980s in the future urban renewal.
