story architecture designed the 117 sqm residence for a family of four, ensuring the two children have enough spaces to play while they remain restricted at home. the three-story building includes an open plan living area, an interior tree house, and even a small pool on the upper level. to ensure this extra space for the children’s activities within the restricted floor area of the building, the architects reduced the size of the guest room, and assigned a single bedroom with bunk beds for the children.

terraces filled with greenery serve as areas for relaxation and psychological relief, and can be found inside and out of the building. on the ground level, a light-filled indoor atrium at the back of the house is complete with a growing tree and topped with a glass roof. additionally, open terraces can be found on both of the two upper floors, where residents can spend time working, relaxing or socializing with friends and family.
