Multiple Movement, Activation of Urban Cultural Renewal
时代转折下，工业更新项目爆发，如何从单纯的外观改造，转向对保护，活化，激活商业的全方位关注成为趋势。文化复合商业空间凭借超强的流量虹吸作用，闯入了工业遗产改造的情境。
As the turning point of the times, there is a significant increasing trend for industrial renewal projects. How to shift the urban thinking from single appearance transformation to all-round attention to protection, revitalization, and business activation has been the key point. In this case, cultural complex commercial space breaks into the situation of industrial heritage renovation by its super-strong offline-to-online effect.

长春拖拉机厂正是这一背景下的文化新生力量。这里不仅是艺术、文化、价值观交汇的生活方式中心，也是城市文化观察与记录的实验场。
Changchun Tractor Factory is exactly the new force of culture under this background. This is not only a lifestyle center of art and culture, but also an experimental field for urban cultural observation and recording.

长春拖拉机厂，始建于1958 年，曾经是国内最大的轮式拖拉机生产基地，也承载着一代人的城市记忆。而今，废弃60多年的工厂集合了多方的核心需求，以城市生活为出发点，整合建筑、景观、艺术、文创、商业等公共资源，创造出活力四射的“城市客厅”。
Changchun Tractor Factory, founded in 1958, was once the largest production base of wheeled tractors in China, and it also carries the memory of a generation of the city. Today, the factory that has been abandoned for more than 60 years gathers the core needs of multiple sections, takes urban life as a starting point, integrates public resources such as architecture, landscape, art, cultural creativity, and commerce, and creates a vibrant urban living room.

整个园区6个厂房的建筑用地约14 万平方米，建构一个以历史工业遗产为依托，集文化，商业，社区，艺术为一体的开放城市街区。文化复合空间位于#3厂房“铸造车间”，是整个长拖厂区改造的启点。
The construction land of the 6 factories in the whole park is about 140,000 square meters, constructing an open city block based on the historical industrial heritage and integrating culture, commerce, community and art. The cultural compound space is located in the #3 workshop, the foundry workshop, which is the starting point of the renovation of the entire factory area.

情感记忆
City Memory
峻佳设计以 “Unfinished Symphony” 作为此次设计的主题，形成通感。保留长拖砖墙建筑风貌的空间秩序感和宏大美学，从形体演变、氛围意境，到独特的空间韵律，创造融合历史脉络与现代美学的新地标。

Karv One Design takes Unfinished Symphonyas the design theme. Keeping the original sense of spatial order and grand aesthetics of the long-drawn brick-walled architectural style, from shape evolution, atmosphere and artistic conception to unique spatial rhythm, create a new landmark that combines historical context and modern aesthetics.

车轮印迹｜Wheel prints
如同荣耀之光的谱线，设计师以曲线与环形的空间应用作为抽象化的车轮印迹，来呼应长拖不可磨灭的时代记忆。
The designer uses the space application of curves and rings as abstract wheel traces to echo the long-lasting and indelible memory of industrial times.

知识天梯｜Knowledge Ladder
旋转楼梯在动态感与跃升、舒展间，如知识天梯般游弋半空，赋予项目独特的IP符号。黄铜镜面不锈钢与木质阶梯的搭配，营造震撼的视觉张力与空间层次感。
Between the sense of dynamism, jumping and stretching, the spiral staircase swims in the air like a ladder of knowledge, endowing the project with a unique IP symbol. The combination of brass mirror stainless steel and wooden steps creates a shocking visual tension and a sense of spatial hierarchy.

以知识天梯为中心的围合区域，“留白”部分作为让人精神消费的艺展空间，亦可以是大众休息区、亲子玩乐区。开业以来，多样的活动在这里举办，很多新的故事在发生……
In the enclosed area centered on the knowledge ladder, the blank part is used as an art exhibition space for spiritual consumption, which can also be a public rest area and a parent-child play area. Since its opening, various activities have been held here, and many new stories are happening.

多元业态与多重场景体验将热闹的人与有温度的场景结合，创造富有情感记忆的主题商业空间。同时满足“有目的”消费和“无目的”消费，提升人们逗留的意愿。
Multiple business formats and scene experiences combine people with warm scenes to create a themed commercial space full of emotional memories. At the same time, it satisfies purposeful consumption and purposeless consumption, and improves people’s willingness to stay.

交响诗篇
Symphonic Poem
旧建筑如同一首充满力量的交响诗，曲式结构宏大，宽广。设计师在尊重建筑原始风貌的前提下，从现状、材质、周边环境与场所精神方面进行分析，在新旧之间创造和谐交融的共生状态，并为文化业态创造具有商业适应性的体验空间。

The old building is like a powerful symphonic poem, with a grand and broad musical structure. On the premise of respecting the original style of the building, the designer analyzes the current situation, materials, surrounding environment and the spirit of the place to create a harmonious symbiotic state between the old and the new, and create a commercially adaptable experience space for cultural formats.

室内以木与铜等承载着工业记忆的材质来回应砖石结构的厂房框架，砖墙与玻璃，一面工业，一面艺术，舒适温馨的场景营造打造文化复合商业独有的“自洽与松弛”，成为年轻人的城市心灵休憩地。
The interior uses materials such as wood and copper that carry industrial memory to respond to the masonry factory frame, with brick walls and glass, where one side is industrial, the other side is art, creating a unique sense of self-consistency and relaxation, and become a resting place for young people in the city.

思想堡垒｜Spiritual Fortress
思想堡垒作为中央焦点岛屿吸引人流自然进入，巨大的穹顶装置沿用厂房建筑的排架结构，将凝练的建筑形式置入空间之中，兼具功能与自然宁静的装置美学。

The Spiritual Fortress serves as the central focus island to attract people to enter naturally. The huge dome device follows the bent structure of the factory building, and puts the concise architectural form into the space, which has both functional and natural aesthetics.

智慧之眼｜Wisdom Eye
穹顶之上的智慧之眼，用自然之光筑起空间的时间性，白天与夜晚带来不同的感观印象。抽象与具象结合，激发空间的智慧想象力。
The Wisdom Eye above the dome uses natural light to build up the timeliness of the space, bringing different sensory impressions during the day and night. The combination of abstraction and figurativeness stimulates the imagination of the space.

在这里，领略四时光华，穿梭于智慧的星空，仰望苍穹。空间的时间属性，让游逛的松弛感成为场景与客群之间瞬间引发的情绪共情。
Here, you can appreciate the glory of the seasons, travel through the starry sky of wisdom, and look up at the universe. The time attribute of the space makes the relaxation feeling of wandering become an instant emotional empathy between the scene and the customer group.

商业行为的促成，是认同其文化和参与特定的生活方式。而“文化”是需要场景载体来呈现。本案的解读和场景构建，既包含对历史建筑与土地变迁的尊重，也充分考虑了现有的生活习惯和商业逻辑。
The promotion of business behavior is to identify its culture in a specific way. Culture needs scene carrier to present. The interpretation and scene construction of this case not only respect the historical buildings and land changes, but also fully consider the existing living habits and business logic.

作为生活延伸的商业空间，通过对行为、感知、兴趣和体验的预判，将复合体系置入其中，激活高层次的消费体验。
As a commercial space that extends life, through the prediction of behavior, perception, interest and experience, a complex system is placed in it to activate a high-level consumption experience.

从年轻人的社交开始洞察、抽离、编织，围绕不同尺度的空间划分功能区，涵盖文化阅读、文创、餐饮、咖啡、活动展览等多元业态，覆盖人流引入、打卡分享、社交的多场景营造。致力于让每个来到这里的人都能找到属于自己偏爱的生活方式。
We studied from young people’s social interaction, planning different functional areas, covering multiple formats such as cultural reading, cultural creation, coffee, event exhibitions, committed to enabling everyone who comes here to find their own lifestyle.

阅读区以温暖的木色为主调，营造轻松、舒适的文化“堡垒”，空间的动线设计遵循了由休闲开放进入到半开放阅读区，再到沉浸式区域，空间过渡自然，达到沉浸阅读的舒适体验。
The reading area is dominated by warm wood tones, where the moving line design follows the transition from casual and open to the semi-open reading area, and then to the immersive area, naturally to achieve the comfortable experience of immersive reading.

未完乐章
Story Unfinished
工业遗产+文化复合场所两种公共空间的融合，就像是历史与现实的时空穿越，新与旧营造着视觉的冲突，却又有一种奇妙的和谐。某种意义上，我们不仅仅需要改造一个旧工厂使之变得重新有用，更需要在现代城市中重建个人和社区的精神世界。如同未完成的交响曲，在未定的框架中，等待人们以城市更新共创者的身份，让故事留存，而后映入生活。
With the integration of industrial heritage and cultural complex, it’s like a time-space journey between history and reality. The new and the old create visual conflicts, but there is also a wonderful harmony. In a sense, we not only need to redesign an old factory to make it useful again, but also need to rebuild the spiritual world of individuals and communities in modern cities.Like an unfinished symphony, in an undetermined framework, it is waiting for people, as co-creators of urban renewal, to keep the story and then reflect it into life.

机器彻夜轰鸣的大工业时代已经远去，曾经的工业痕迹，在蝶变后以一种崭新方式呈现出来。在这个多元复合文化空间里，时代的脉搏无时无刻都有与城市的人文一起跳动着，不仅仅是留下了一个符号，一个打卡地，更重要的带来了文化的聚合，情感的寄予。
The era of big industry where machines roared all night has gone, and the industrial traces of the past are presented in a new way after the time changes. In this diverse and complex cultural space, the pulse of the times beats together with the humanities of the city all the time, not only leaving a symbol, an online sensation, but more importantly, bringing cultural aggregation and emotional sustenance.

该项目也成为整个中国东北区域工业城市更新的样板。并获得了美国Best of Year、英国FX、香港APIDA 、A&D 等多项行业专业奖项。
The project has also become a model for the renewal of industrial cities in Northeast China, and won many professional awards such as Best of Year Awardsby Interior Design Magazine,FX International Interior Design Awards, APIDA Awardsand A&D Awards.
